Yoga

This is a yoga class primarily based off of a Hatha Yoga tradition. Christopher has a background in a variety of forms of yoga, which are incorporated into this class. The purpose is to give a student a proper foundation to build from and to help develop their own practice. All you need is a mat and open mind and whatever your practice is right now is welcomed.
